I'm trying to copy my contacts to another computer and I've already copied
the pst file to a cd, copied it to the hard drive of my other computer, and
now it says that the file is not compatible with this version of the Personal
Folders information service. What does this mean and how can I fix it?

You haven't provided any information. Explain what you did and with what
versions of Outlook.
