What do you mean by "devices?"
Do you mean you have a new installation of Outlook on another PC and you
want to use the same data?
If so, copy and reuse the Outlook data file.
We'll assume you know how since you failed to provide the relevant Outlook
versions.

By device i mean my pda. My old pda was on pocket pc (casiopeia) and the new
pda is OIIs on windows mobile. Outlook is version 2003. FYI, i have 2
settings for my activsync: one is via pc and the other via exchange server
via wireless (GPRS). When I sync, the contacts folder reads "Sync status is
on device". I couldn't find where in the pda s/ware that allows me to sync
all the contacts in my pc to be copied to my new pda. I think i have opted to
combine contacts data in my pc with my new pda but i still couldn't find the
contacts in my new pda. Please advise.Tq

This is an Outlook group. This is not an Outlook issue.
You have a synchronization issue.
You need to ask in a group that supports your synchronization software.
