Is there an easy/efficient way - in "my contacts" - to create a distribution
list from the list of addressees in a mail I have received?

Today I copy and past form the original mail, circumventing my contacts
list. Alternately I have to manually enter each contact.

Is there an easier way?

Thank you in advance!

No.
I haven't even seen any third party software that can create DL's directly.

Thank you for VERY rapid reply! Excellent. And perhaps an idea for future
upgrades.

Best regards
