Back-up of contacts

I run windows XP and have purchased en external hard drive (Maxtor 160 GB)
for back-up. Bundeled with the drive I have a program for backing up
"retrospect". Is there any way I can ensure that my oulook files get backed
up?

Are all the outlook files (mails, calender AND contacts) located in one
place?

Where are they located?

The file you need to back up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
