Can I email all my contacts to another outlook user?

Is there a way that I can send all of my contacts and their info to other
office users in my office? Can I email these files? We don't have a network
in our office, and other people want access to this contact info without
having to enter it manually.

Copy them to an Outlook data file (PST file) and email that file.
