still trying to open a PST file copied from another Outlook 2003

Russ, I've somehow lost the string we used earlier.  Let me recap the
situation.  I have a PST file I used on another computer (Outlook 2003).  It
does not have a read only attribute checked.  But when I copy this file to my
new computer and try to open it, I get a password request. I've never
assigned a password to Outlook so I don't have any idea what to do.  Help,
please.

You must not have set your NTFS permissions correctly.
