where is the data stored ???
in the outlook .pst file ???
I am using BCM on win2k3 with terminal services and need to know exactly
where everything is being stored and how to totally delete/eliminate some
datasets.

It's in an MSDE database.

FYI, there is a separate newsgroup for BCM issues --
