How can I recover the address book in Outlook if Windows won't loa

My wife's computer (IBM T-30) running XP professional crashed and won't load
Windows.  I can though, get onto the hard drive by accessing it through
another computer.  

Question is how do I go about recovering her address book from Outlook
(Office XP ver 2002).

Yeah, I know she should have backed it up.  But don't want to sleep outside
in the snow either.

Outlook has no address book. All Outlook data is in one file. The file you
need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the mail,
calendar, contacts etc are stored.
