Cannot import a list of contacts from Excel to Outlook, simply imports blank
records. (Office 2000 Professional with all updates)(Windows NT 2000
Professional with all updates) Have done this numerous times before without a
problem. This is after setting up a new C disk & re-installing everything.

Thanks for your help.

Since you said "simply imports blank records" - implies that you are
actually importing records albeit "empty" (while this may sound like
<semantics> - it's not). If that's the case - then the likely problem is
that your "named range" in the Excel sheet your using is pointing to an area
that is empty. Suggest you check the area that your named range is covering
and I think you'll find the answer to your problem - fix it, and you should
be good to go.
