How do I create a new distribution list from email with multiple .

Outlook 2000 - I received an email with extensive recipients beside myself. I
would like to copy and paste these email addresses into a distribution list,
but do not see anyway to do this short of individually creating new Contact
for each email address, and then creating a distribution list.
