Managing contacts of Outlook by Access

Hello! Well, I'm an administrator of my school's English club. We are
admitting more and more members everyday. Each of the member of the club is
supposed to receive a weekly newsletter. My co-workers (friend) works with me
pretty good with MS Publisher. We create many good newsletter out from this
program of the Office suit and then use MS Outook to deliver the mails to the
members.
But the point is that I need to use MS Access to manage the members'
accounts so is there any way I can export the data from MS Access to the
distribution list in MS Access?

Assuming you meant a DL in Outlook, no. Why don't you just use Access as the
data source for a mailmerge to electronic mail?

Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as email merges.
You can use any datasource you want for the email addresses, including your
