Transfer Outlook contacts from old outlook to 2003

My old Outlook(2000) had contacts listed under an MSN address in Contacts.
When I loaded Outlook 2003 on a different hard drive(same computer), I wasn't
able to access my contacts. The former primary hard drive is now the slave as
I installed a new operating system. Any ideas on how to import my contacts.
All the files seem to have been transfered automaticly.

You provided no information.
Outlook 2000 did not even have native support for HTTP accounts.
How did you have it configured?
If you somehow had your Contacts stored locally they would be in an Outlook
Data File. The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
