When i try to add a new contact, the contact botton is fadded

Alright, can anyone help me... the first time i used outlook i was able to
add contacts, then, when i tryed adding more contacts another day it didnt
work.  Now the "New Contact" button to push is fadded and wont allow me to
add a contact.  How can i get this button unfadded so i can continue to add
contacts?

the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.


After furious head scratching, KRS1455 asked:
