I'm trying to export a distribution list that I created in my contacts to an
Excel file. I also want to import a list of email addresses from Excel to a
distribution list in Outlook.

Save the DL as a .txt file. Open it in Notepad to remove all but the names
and addresses. Close and save. You now have a nice tab-delimited file you
can open in Excel.

Outlook provides no way to import addresses to a DL.
