2 questions please....

1. what is the max number of contact that can go in a
distribution list? My mail bounces back with a "452 too
many recipients" error message.

2. after i know how many is the max, is there any way to
move/export/copy (whatever) some of the contacts to
a "new" distribution list?  (note: all the contact in the
distribution list are NOT listed in my regular address
book -- they are all "new entries" in the distribution
list.)
