Distribution List missing after migration to a new computer

Restored from backup all Outlook files in local and application subdirectories.

Distribution list members are missing from the lists shown in the Contacts
folder.

Is there one more file somewhere that needs to be restored?

No. How did you restore?
If you imported or overwrote your PST, DL's would not survive.
Never import or overwrite.
