How do I restore one user's contact from backup (using
Microsoft backup, win2K).   Do I need to shut down all
services?  What are the procedures to restore just the
contacts for one user?

I am running Win2K server, exchange 5.5, using NT Tape
Backup Utility.  I backup the Exchange Information Store
and Dir. each night.
