contacts on outlook 2003 will not synchronize in full with Acer n.

I run windows xp with outlook 2003. I have updated to Pocket PC 3.8 from 3.7
which was supplied with the Acer n30 handheld. When attempting to synchronize
my contacts only 160 from 540 are transferred to the handheld.

Not an Outlook issue. Ask in an ActivSync group.
