How do  I copy contacts to a word doc to email to someone not usi.

I have micro XP at work and now i cannot copy my contacts to a word document.
I want the document to list the contact name and email address. WHen i try on
XP it actually copies each as outlook card.  I want to do this for people
that i have to respond to that do not use outlook as their emailer

Most of us use mail merges to insert Contact data into Word.

Try to post meaningful information.
"Micro XP" could mean anything. The steps you used are unclear.
