I have Playgroup as a Category in my contacts list, and I would like to send
mass emails to just that group, but when I add recipients to my message,
Oulook give me a combined list of names Alphabetically. Is there a way to
send messages by category? Or is there another way to organize it, like in
the old Outlook where you could make groups and send emails to a whole group?

Thanks,
Jaime

Assuming you are referring to the address book view of one of the 7 versions
of Microsoft Office Outlook, you cannot sort that view by category. Sort the
Contacts Folder by Category instead, and send your messages from there. Just
select the Category > Actions > New Message to Contact...
