Outlook that comes with office Professional edition 2003. How do I arange
contacts by their first names in the "Address cards" view ?

That's not the address book. That's the Contacts Folder. You can only sort
the Contacts Folder by a field that appears in that view. The First Name
field does not appear in that view. The File As... field is the only name
field that appears in that view.

PS If you had actually been using the address book, you would see that it
sorts by First Name by default.
