How do I arrange my Address book by their first names ? To which of the 7 versions of Outlook are you referring? That's not the address book. That's the Contacts Folder. You can only sort the Contacts Folder by a field that appears in that view. The First Name field does not appear in that view. PS If you had actually been using the address book, you would see that it sorts by First Name by default.
