Contacts from Microsoft Outlook to Outlook Express

I want to move a copy of my contacts from Microsoft
Outlook to Outlook Express and periodically compare the
two of them.  Outlook gives more choices for printing than
Outlook Express so I want to reconcile the contact manager
so that all contacts appear in both programs.  How do I do
these things?
