I have a user that has multiple contact lists displaying
in Outlook 2003 running under Windows XP, but she can
only access one of the lists. She set up a custom
contacts list, but when she click the To: button on the
new message dialog box, and then click one of the
contacts lists, she gets the following message: "The
address list could not be displayed. The contacts folder
associated with the address list could not be opened".
Any insight on this matter is greatly appreciated.
Now she did admit that she "did something", but she
doesn't know what she did.
Thank you.

She disrupted the connection between the Outlook Address Book and her
Contacts Folders. Have her reset it.
