Contacts disappeared after moving .pst to new machine

I upgraded machines. Along the way, I moved the .pst file (Outlook 2003) to
the new computer (also Outlook 2003) and did an Import. Now, the Contacts
show up under the Contacts tab, but they do not show up while I click the
Address Book icon, nor do they show up when I click the To: button on a new
mail message. What gives? Why is Outlook not finding the contacts info?

Because importing is not the correct way to transfer Outlook data.
At the very least, you now need to configure the Outlook Address Book to
display the Contacts Folder you imported.

Look around to see what else went wrong. You may have more than one Contacts
Folder, which should add to your confusion. Next time, follow the directions
in the Help file:
