My company uses a the address book to store all the phone numbers of my
colleagues.  I'd like to download them via contacts to my phone PDA.
Therefore I'd like to link or copy the address book to a contacts folder.
How do you do this?

Explain what you mean, bearing in mind that no current version of Outlook
uses an address book. All data is stored in Contacts Folders. You cannot
have data that appears in the address book view that does not reside in a
Contacts Folder unless you are talking about a GAL or LDAP.
