I use Outlook 2003.  I was importing (by .pst) some contact files into a
contact folder and some information in the target contact folder was deleted.
Can I undo this whole transaction?

No. You can't reverse an import. I would use the backup of your PST file.
Importing is never the correct way to transfer Outlook data. It can do a lot
of bad things, but I've never seen it do anything this bad. What steps did
you use? I find it very hard to believe that importing would actually delete
data.
