How do I clear frequent or recent contact in Outlook 2002?

These are not contacts that are in the Address Book, these are contacts to
whom I have sent mail or received mail from.  When I beginning typing in an
address these infrequent, unneeded contacts try to populate the field.  How
can I clear them out?

Remove individual addresses from the autocompletion cache by highlighting
the entry when presented in the suggested names list (use your arrow key to
migrate to the entry) and then hitting your Delete key before you tab out of
the field. If your autocomplete list contains only a single entry, use the
directions here:
