I send news releases to several newspapers...is there a way to pull each of
these addresses at the same time, rather than having to look-up each
individually?

I would eventually like to look up that group name, click on it, and attach
my message...doesn't sound real hard, but ever since I upgraded Microsoft
Office 2003 I haven't been able to figure out where to go for outlook to
allow me to do this

Thanks,

You have at least three choices for grouping recipients:
1. Create a Distribution List
2. Create a category
3. Create a separate Contacts subfolder.
