I have several folders containing email addresses on my Outlook taskbar .. I'm trying to move these addresses or copy them into new distribution groups Your question is not clear. What are "folders containing email addresses?" Do you mean you have several Contacts Folders containing Contact Records? I still don't understand what you mean by "folders of email addresses." I assume you are referring to some sort of file outside your Outlook Data File?
