I don't inderstand the name a range or field and how that applies to the
exporting of my excel file to outlook.  I named each column, and defined
them.  When import only a few address show up, without all the other
information and then there are about 1000 blank entries?

Solution #1
#1 - Delete all your current named ranges that you created for each of your
columns
#2 - highlight all the rows you want to include in your export starting with
the first row that has the column names and assign only ONE name to the
entire area - then import this into Outlook and you will be all set

Solution #2
Save your worksheet as a .CSV file and import the CSV file into Outlook and
that way you don't have to worry about named ranges at all.
