Transferring Contact List

How do I transfer the Outlook 2002 contact list on Drive E to the contact
list on Drive C?

Explain what you mean.
There is no "Contact List" in Outlook.
All Outlook data resides in one file. Just open that file in the other
installation.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
