I am trying to set up a distribution list to send out emails to clients.
However I am not sure how to make the email personalised i.e. I do not want
all my other clients email addresses to appear in the "To;" line but rather
for it to appear that the mail has been sent to them individually

That would require a mail merge to electronic mail.
