My wife moved fom Outlook Express to Outlook for her mail.  She copied all
her address book over - it went in to Contacts.  For some reason every item
is duplicated?  Is there any way to delete duplicates other than doing so
manually?

Choose a view based on table layout,
then add the field "Created", then sort by Created,
all items imported will sorted based on date created,
all newly imported items are now separated.
