I am trying to do an import from a flat file into the contacts directory.
The mappings all work fine and the import works.  My problem is that I have
set me sort rules for First Name, Last Name but when I import, it puts them
in as last name first name.  If I manually enter a contact it follows my sort
rule.  Am I doing something wrong in the import to ignore the sort rule?  Any
help would be appreciated.  I am importing on average 20,000 contacts and
can't fix them one at a time.
Thanks

Bad news.
I don't think there's anything you can do.
Those settings have never applied to imported Contacts, only newly created
ones.
