I use Outlook contacts for a Homeowners Association. There are times that I
need to print labels using home address (residents) and other times I need to
print business address (non-resident owners). Is there a way to do this
easily? At the moment I go into each contact (47) and change the mailing
address to either home or business.
Thanks for your help, Ron

You can construct your merge with whatever fields you want to. You are not
confined to using the Mailing Address.
However, you cannot designate a different address to be used for different
Contacts when you do the merge.
