address book for mailing in WORD?

I have a very full contact list but when I pull up the address book none of
it is there. What I really want is to have the addresses in the address book
so that when I address envelopes, the info will come up in the address book
in WORD. How do I get it there?

Configure your Outlook Address Book. I hope you know how because you failed
to post your Outlook version so we could tell you. For recent versions use
