Is there anyway to send an email to every client in my contacts without
putting them in a group? If not, is there a quick way to put them all in a
group (I have 2,500)?

Tools, Mail Merge (from within your contact folder).

Most of my mass mailings were returned "undeliverable" due to "too many
recipients". Is there anyway to send the same message to each individual
contact, one contact at a time?
