Creating a distribution list from text file

In a nutshell I have a very large text file of just email address'.  One
email address per line.  I would like to create a distribution list from
this text file without having to create a contact for every entry and then
selecting every contact for addition to the distribution list.  I have no
use for these several hundred email address' except in a multiple mailing
and do not want to clutter my address books with them.

I thought this would be a simple thing for Outlook 2003 (Office 2003
Professional) but apparently not.  Can't even find any help files for the
process.  Does anyone have a solution??

Thanks

Can't be done. Think about it.
Outlook would need at least 2 fields (name and email address) to create a
Contact entry or a DL. You have only one.
