Thank you for your response. Is it possible to create a new for the phone
number fields? If not are there any recommendations you could make? Thanks,
sjbn1

No, you cannot create a new phone number field that behaves like the 16 built-in ones.

Hey Sue,
Since you are the Oulook/Exchange queen, and have the ear of Microsoft. Why
don't you get them to add/modify a field in the phone list for "Tech Support"
for all of us computer geeks :)

Consider it done. I just figured that YOU would have all kinds of "pull" with
the folks at Microsoft in the Outlook/Exchange arena.
Thanks for the link. I fired off an email right away. We'll see.

This is most unfornate! I was hoping that it was possible to edit field
names. In the Brazilian Portuguese version I use the field names are far too
long and lots of empty space is left in the windows. Hope MS will change that
in a near future!
