Two strange things have just started happening with my
email contacts. 1. When I try to add or change an email
address into the field then hit enter or tab the
information dissappears and the field remains blank.  The
program won't let me enter any email addresses.
2.  When I try to send an email by typing in the known
email address in the "To:" field I get an error message
that outlook does not recognize one or more names.  I can
get around this by clicking the address book icon and
inserting an address from the list.  Then outlook sends
the email o.k.
I ran the repair option from the drop down menu
under "help" buy that did nothing.
I am using Office 2000 Premium.
Any help would be appreciated.

But did you try repairing your PST file using the Inbox Repair Tool?
Are you using a Custom Form?
