I want to use autodial in Outlook 2003 but our company uses a PBX phone
system, is it possible to use auto dial with a PBX system?

Depends on what's required. This is not an Outlook question. Outlook simply
invokes the Windows dialer, so if you need help with it or configuring a
dialing rule to accommodate your PBX requirements, you might try in the
appropriate Windows group.

yes it is possible through either Tapi or Tsapi hooks (dont ask me to
explain the difference here - not my area of expertise).

I know that there is a TAPI interface availale for the www.asterisk.org open
source IP Pabx but I haven't implemented it.

Dean
