Outlook Version?  How are you displaying your contacts?  How are you
selecting to print them?

I am using outlook 2003 as part of the small business package.

I am not sure what you are asking with How am I displaying....I am not sure
how to select to print them...

I am trying to print the name, address and phone numbers (detailed address
card?) for a catagory of my contacts.  If I display by catagory, outlook does
not show the addresses, and when you show the detail, you can not sort by
catagory....I am doing something wrong, and I have a feeling it is a simple
error on my part.

Thanks for taking the time to write, and any help would be GREATLY
appreciated.

Dave,

It sounds like you've solved your own problem. Have you tried displaying
your contacts in the "Detailed Address Card" style? Give that a shot and
then take a peak at it through Print Preview and see if that's what you
want. If not, then try the other choices in "Current View" and then Print
Preview until you find what you like.

Also, don't forget there are additional styles to choose from under "Page
Setup" once you've decided what you like in "Current View".

Good Luck,

Harlem Brown

Select the option to display by category, right click on the category and
select print.  Use the properties button to set your preferred print
parameters.
