We currently have a user who when adding formatting attributes, such as font,
font color, bold/italics/underline, and saving the Contact, upon re-opening
the Contact the formatting is lost.  He is on Windows XP with SP1 and Office
2003 with SP1.  He also has a Blackberry which he syncs with Outlook.  He is
using the default Contact form (IPM.Contact).  I thank you in advance for any
assistance you can offer.

Update:  I've been doing some testing and notice that this only happens on
Contacts that were saved from an e-mail that contained vcards.  Is there a
way to identify in the Contacts folder which Contacts are vcards and which
are not?

Thank you.
