Using Outlook 2002 address book groups with Outlook 2203

I have many groups created in Outlook 98-2002. I just switched to a new
computer with Outlook 2003 installed. When I open my old PST file, the
contacts are there and the NAMES of the groups are there but the groups are
not populated. I can see them in an old machine using Outlook 2002 but I need
to get these groups into 2003.

I rather suspect you imported the PST rather than open it.
Importing loses lots of data, including DL's.
Opening does not.
