Can I set up contact addresses in a format to print as labels?

I would like to avoid having to copy and paste each individual address into a
label format or having to print out my contacts and retype all addresses for
mailing labels. Is there a way to format them in a print style to be able to
avoid this?

Print your labels from Word, not from Outlook. The Outlook Contact info will
automatically be populated.

Or, to be more precise, perform a mail merge using Word to the desired format. You may get better results by starting the merge from Outlook.
