I receive many emails everyday that confirm payment for items sold and I
would like to save them to contacts or something so that I can add them to a
distribution list. I have several thousand already.  Basically these people
are customers and I would like to send emails to all of them periodically but
not one by one as that is not possible.

To rephase, I want to make a list of customers from all the email sender
address' that are saved in a particular folder and also all future emails
that are filtered to this email folder.  All I need is the email address as
the contact, no other info needed.

No full versions of Outlook ever had the ability to add recipients
automatically to your Contacts Folder. Only the long abandoned IMO mode of
Outlook 98/2000 did that. To automatically add the email address of people
you respond to to your Contacts Folder requires code:
http://www.outlookcode.com/d/code/autoaddrecip.htm
http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/addauto.htm
