Different Signatures Based on "To" Content?

Hi,

Is there a way to use different signatures based on the email's
destination?  For example, I might want to use a different signature for
everyone with a "@yahoo.com" address than for a usenet newsgroup.

You can create multiple customized signatures under Tools - Options - Mail
Format.  You can have one as the default or the option to choose which one.
Also on OL2003 you can select different signatures for different accounts on
Outlook you may be using e.g Yahoo and Exchange
