changing "file as" for all contacts at the same time.

I currently have most of my contacts file as Last, First and I want to change
them to First, Last.  How can I change them all at once instead of opening
one up at a time and changing it?

It's complicated if you've never done any programming.

Thanks for the info - yep this would be a first besides a little 15 years ago.
