Describe more clearly what you mean by "Contacts not appearing in the To:
box."
In what view are you looking and how did you invoke that view?
Where do your Contacts reside?

This sounds exactly like what is happening to one of our users. It started
after she synched her blackberry. You can search for my post under "Corrupt
Select Names Dialog."

Thank you Maurene. I had a look at what you suggested and took notes.
Fortunately one of my collegues found another solution to this problem. This
was found in the Knowledge Base titled - OL2002: Your Custom Column Widths in
the Address Book Window Reset to the Default Widths After the 'Select Names'
Dialog Box Appears. The solution suggested here did the trick.
