printing contact activity log - 12 May 2005 00:01 GMT
In contacts, when I go to print, only the general page shows up to print,
even though I have information in the other areas. I want to print an
activity sheet showing all the appts, phone calls emails, etc. with a client.

On the Activity page, select all the items, then right-click the selected items and choose Print. Choose Table Style.

Thanks for answering me. That's great and it seems to work; but when I do
that, some of one of my fields do not show entirely. So, I only can print a
portion of it. Is there a way I can wrap that column to view and print all of
it?

Outlook table columns can't wrap. Your alternatives are to widen the column(s) as needed or print memo style, which will give you an individual record for each item.
